The Wolf & Warrior is a five barrel capacity New York State Certified Farm Brewer, the first of its kind to ever exist in the City of White Plains. Over 80% of the grain and 40% of the hops we brew with are grown in the great state of New York. We are extremely proud to produce a local agricultural product that features the terroir of our region. We make the following beer styles, and we make them extremely well: classic American and West Coast India Pale Ales, New England or “Hazy” IPAs, Kolsch- style ales, Blonde ales, German lagers, fest biers, Stouts, Porters, Saisons and Hefeweizens. Mike and his co-brewer Mark, formulate every recipe from scratch for every beer. They are relentless in their pursuit of the perfect pint, always innovating and staying true to the time honored brewing traditions that have existed for centuries.
